Job Summary:
Classic Toyota - Wilkesboro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee the operations of our service department. This is a full-time management position in the automotive industry, based in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina. The Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the service department. This is a challenging and rewarding position for a skilled and results-driven individual.
Compensation & Benefits:
As a Service Manager at Classic Toyota - Wilkesboro, you will receive a competitive base salary of $90,000 to $140,000 per year, paid semi-monthly. In addition to the base salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn commission based on the performance of the service department. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and customer service.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of skilled technicians, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
• Monitor and track department performance, including revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction. Take corrective action when needed to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and implement service policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for service upsells and develop strategies to increase service department revenue.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for the purchase of parts and supplies.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations and make recommendations for improvements or changes to the service department.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:

TOYOTA EXPERIENCE A PLUS!!!!!

CDK EXPERIENCE A PLUS!!!!!

• 2 years of experience in a management role in the automotive service industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding service department targets and goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with automotive service software and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
